The most recent opening of the third restaurant with the sign PIERRE SANG depicts « la belle histoire » or a beautiful history of three stages of the chef’s life.
The third establishment is Pierre Sang’s jewel, expressing the quintessence of the chef’s savoir-faire. It is located in the same street as the other two and comforts the idea of Pierre Sang’s will to be who and where he is. The name « Signature » conveys the Chef’s idea of sharing and offering his signature dishes, but also of « persistence and prevailing » and thus shows the chef’s determination in his choices, position and conduct.
