In June 2012, Pierre Sang opened his first restaurant, Pierre Sang in Oberkampf, in the heart of Paris’s 11th arrondissement. This bustling neighborhood gave him a warm welcome. His credo: total transparency. An open kitchen in the center of the room invites customers to enjoy a culinary experience around a central counter.
In 2026, In Oberkampf is reinventing itself. Passionate about wine, Pierre Sang wants to offer a selection of around 40 wines: grands crus, more obscure bottles, and natural wines, to be discovered at the bar with friends.
The menu is designed to be ever-changing, featuring unique dishes, in keeping with the Maison Pierre Sang style, designed to be enjoyed alone or shared. French tradition meets Korean techniques and influences, reflecting the chef’s cultural diversity. Fresh, seasonal produce from local artisans takes center stage.
